And they won't pay to replace it. What sucks the most is that there isn't a thing I can do about it without concrete proof or an admission by one of their technicians. And to top it all off, our cable boxes don't work right half the time and my Internet has be slow as shit almost since the day we had it hooked up at the new apartment.
We'd have given them the boot already if they weren't our only option for television service here.
